Cookie policy

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies https://polandarabic.com ("Invest in Poland") uses. The controller is Sendormeco Holding sp. z o.o., ul. 1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files saved on your device by your browser. We also describe here similar technologies that read or store information on your device.

2. Necessary cookies (no consent needed)

These are required for the Website and its forms to work and to be secure. We use them on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• invest-in-poland-session — session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax), valid for 2 hours.
• XSRF-TOKEN — protects forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF), valid for 2 hours.
• iip_consent — stores your cookie choice, valid for 12 months.

3. Cloudflare Turnstile

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (a script from challenges.cloudflare.com). It may use your browser's storage and technical data, including your IP address, to tell humans from bots. It is necessary for the security of the forms; the basis is our legitimate interest. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc. (USA); see the Privacy Policy.

4. Analytics and marketing cookies (only with consent)

These are loaded through Google Tag Manager only after you consent. Before your consent, the tag is not loaded. We use Google Consent Mode v2.

• Google Analytics 4 — _ga and _ga_<ID>, up to 24 months: statistics on use of the Website.
• Google Ads — _gcl_au and similar, up to 90 days: measuring advertising effectiveness.

Providers: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (transfer to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Other advertising tools (for example Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Clarity) may be enabled in the future. If so, they will be used only after your consent in the "marketing" category, and we will update this document before enabling them.

5. What we do not use

Fonts are hosted on our own server, so your browser does not connect to Google Fonts. We do not embed social media plugins. Statistics of listing views and contact clicks are counted on our server, in aggregate, without cookies and without personal data.

6. Your choice

• The banner offers "Accept all", "Reject all" (equally easy) and "Customize", where you choose analytics and marketing separately.
• You can change your decision at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
• Withdrawing consent also deletes the analytics and marketing cookies already saved. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
• Your choice is stored for 12 months (the iip_consent cookie).

7. Managing cookies in the browser

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (usually under "Privacy" or "Security"; instructions are on your browser provider's help pages). Blocking necessary cookies may stop forms from working.

8. Your rights

Your rights, including the right to complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), are described in the Privacy Policy. Persons outside the EU may exercise them on the same terms.

9. Third-party providers

Providers of the tools above act as described in section 8 of the Privacy Policy. Their own cookies are governed by their policies.

10. Changes to this Policy

When we change the cookies or tools used, we publish a new version with its date and version number, and we ask for consent again if the scope of consent changes. For Companies with a paid Package we notify changes by e-mail at least 14 days before they take effect, unless the change results from a legal requirement.
