Terms of use
Version 1.1 — effective from 7 November 2026
These Terms govern the use of the website https://polandarabic.com ("Invest in Poland", the "Website"). The English version is binding; the Arabic version is a translation provided for convenience (see § 17).
§ 1. General provisions
- The Website is operated by Sendormeco Holding sp. z o.o., ul. Złota 75a/7, 00-819 Warsaw, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 5252866457, REGON 389194801, KRS 0000906110 ("Sendormeco", "we", "us").
- Contact for all matters, including complaints and personal data: office@sendormeco.com. We communicate by e-mail.
- By using the Website you confirm that you have read these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Website.
- Personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and cookies in the Cookie Policy.
§ 2. Definitions
- User — anyone who visits the Website, including a foreign importer or investor.
- Company — an entrepreneur (a natural person running a business, a legal person or an organisational unit with legal capacity) listed in the Catalogue or applying for a Package.
- Catalogue — the directory of Polish exporters published on the Website.
- Basic Listing — a free Catalogue entry created by us from publicly available information.
- Package — a paid promotional package for Companies, as presented on the Promote your company page.
- Inquiry Form — the contact form through which a User sends a message or inquiry.
- Application Form — the form on the "Promote your company" page used to apply for a Package.
§ 3. Scope of the services and nature of the content
- Through the Website we provide, free of charge: informational content about Poland as a business partner, the Offer page, the Catalogue, and the Inquiry Form. For Companies we additionally offer paid Packages (§ 7–8).
- Content on the Website is informational. It does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code or any other binding proposal to conclude a contract.
- Information about markets, regulations and the economy is general in nature. It is not investment, legal or tax advice. Before making a business decision, obtain advice suited to your situation.
- We are an intermediary that presents Companies and passes on inquiries. We are not a party to contracts between Users and Companies and we do not guarantee the quality, legality or availability of any Company's products or services.
- We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free.
§ 4. Technical requirements and acceptable use
- To use the Website you need: a web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, internet access, and an e-mail address for the forms.
- Use of the Website is free of charge for Users.
- It is forbidden to supply content of an unlawful nature, and to use the Website in a way that is unlawful, misleading or harmful to others.
- In particular, it is forbidden to: (a) automatically download or copy the Catalogue (scraping, crawling, data mining) in order to build a competing database or directory; (b) send forms in bulk or by automated means; (c) attempt to disrupt the Website's security or operation; (d) impersonate another person or company.
- Reproducing individual listings for the User's own business use is allowed. Any wider use of Catalogue content requires our prior written consent.
§ 5. Inquiry Form
- The Inquiry Form allows a User to send a message to us. The scope of data collected and its use are described in the Privacy Policy.
- Sending an inquiry does not create any contract and does not oblige us to provide a particular service or to reply within a particular time. We reply to inquiries as soon as reasonably possible.
- We may forward an inquiry, or its content, to the Company it concerns, if the User's message is addressed to that Company or the User asks us to do so.
§ 6. Catalogue and Basic Listings
- We create Basic Listings free of charge, based on publicly available information about businesses (company websites, trade-fair catalogues, public registers). A Basic Listing may contain company data and, where the Company itself has published it, the name of a contact person.
- A Company may at any time ask us by e-mail to correct or remove its Basic Listing. We act on such a request without undue delay. Data of a contact person is removed on request without undue delay.
- Presence in the Catalogue does not mean that a Company has been endorsed or verified by us, unless a listing is expressly marked as verified.
§ 7. Packages — conclusion of the contract
- Packages are offered exclusively to entrepreneurs (B2B). A Company applying for a Package declares that it acts in connection with its business or professional activity.
- The current list of Packages, their scope and prices is always shown on the Promote your company page. These Terms do not list prices. Prices are quoted net, plus VAT where applicable.
- Sending the Application Form does not oblige the Company to buy, and does not oblige us to accept. The form is an invitation to negotiate and an application for review.
- The Company must confirm its e-mail address using the link we send (valid for 72 hours). An unconfirmed application is deleted after 30 days.
- The contract is concluded when we accept the application and confirm the terms by e-mail: the Package, the period (monthly or annual) and the price.
- The Package is provided for the period stated in the confirmation. A monthly or annual period renews only after a new confirmation; there is no automatic renewal.
§ 7a. Promoted places, waiting list and rotation
- A Promoted Place means a place with increased visibility: a featured place in a category (Featured Package), a Premium place in a category and a place in the “Recommended exporters” section on the home page (Premium Package or the “Home page” add-on). The number of Promoted Places is limited; the current limits are shown on the Promote your company page.
- If no Promoted Place is available, the Company is entered on a waiting list for the given category or section, in the order in which complete applications are received. Being on the waiting list is free of charge and does not oblige the Company to buy. When a place becomes available, we offer it to the first Company on the list by e-mail; the offer is valid for 7 days, after which we offer the place to the next Company.
- A Promoted Place is granted for 12 months and expires at the end of that period without the need for any statement. After expiry the Company may join the end of the waiting list, and the place is offered to the next Company on the list.
- The contract may be concluded for 1, 2 or 3 years. The Promoted Place covers only the first 12 months of the contract. In the following years the Company keeps the full profile on the terms of the Profile Package and at the prices in force for that Package, unless the parties agree otherwise in the confirmation referred to in § 7 item 5.
- A new contract covering a Promoted Place may be concluded no earlier than 3 months after the previous Promoted Place expired. During that time the Company may be entered on the waiting list; its turn is counted from the date of entry.
- Monthly periods for Packages with a Promoted Place count towards the 12-month limit in item 3; breaks in payment do not extend it.
§ 8. Payment
- Payment is made on the basis of a VAT invoice issued by us, by bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice, within the time stated on the invoice.
- If online payments are introduced in the future, we will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy before they start.
- If payment is not made on time, we may suspend publication of the paid features until payment is received.
- Accounting documents are kept for the period required by law.
§ 9. Obligations of the Company; licence; translations
- The Company is responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the data it provides, and confirms that it has the rights to all logos, photographs, texts and other materials supplied.
- The Company grants us a non-exclusive licence, free of charge and valid for the duration of the contract, to publish those materials on the Website and in materials promoting the Website, in the scope necessary to perform the contract.
- The Company must immediately inform us of any change that makes the data untrue. The Company is responsible to us and to third parties for claims arising from infringement of their rights by the materials it supplies, and will indemnify us against such claims to the extent permitted by law.
- We prepare Arabic and English versions of listings. Translations are prepared partly with the help of automated tools and then reviewed. The Company approves the content before publication and may request corrections.
§ 10. Our rights
- Before and during publication we may verify the Company, in particular by checking its NIP in the public register of VAT payers and the consistency of the e-mail domain with the website domain.
- We may refuse to publish, or may remove or suspend, content that is untrue, misleading, unlawful, infringes the rights of third parties or is contrary to good practice.
- We may limit the number of highlighted Companies in a given category.
- Decisions about applications are taken by a person (a moderator), not by automated decision-making.
§ 11. No guarantee of results
A Package increases the visibility of a Company on the Website. We do not guarantee any number of inquiries, contacts, visits or contracts, or any commercial result.
§ 12. Liability
- We are liable under the general rules of Polish law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for intentional damage.
- As regards contracts with Companies (B2B): our total liability for a given contract is limited to the amount paid by the Company for the current paid period, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss, to the extent permitted by law.
- We are not liable for contracts between Users and Companies, for the content supplied by Companies, or for interruptions caused by events beyond our control.
- Mandatory provisions protecting consumers, if they apply to a User, remain unaffected.
§ 13. Complaints
- Complaints concerning the Website or a Package may be sent by e-mail to office@sendormeco.com. Please describe the problem and give your contact details.
- We reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint. If we need more information, we will ask for it.
§ 14. Term and termination
- The contract for a Package ends at the end of the paid period, unless the parties confirm a new period (§ 7 item 6).
- We may terminate the contract with immediate effect in the event of a breach of these Terms by the Company, in particular where the Company supplies untrue or unlawful content.
- After the contract ends — and for the Promoted Place, after it expires (§ 7a) — we remove the paid features. The Company may remain in the Catalogue as a Basic Listing, unless it asks us to remove the listing.
§ 15. Personal data
The controller of personal data is Sendormeco. Details, including the legal bases, retention periods, recipients and your rights, are in the Privacy Policy. Cookies are described in the Cookie Policy. We do not send marketing messages without a separate consent.
§ 16. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms for important reasons, in particular a change in the law, in the scope of the services or in the technology. The new version is published on the Website with its date and version number. For Companies with a paid Package we notify the change by e-mail at least 14 days before it takes effect, unless the change results from a legal requirement. A Company that does not accept the change may end the contract as of the effective date of the change; the unused part of the paid period is not refunded unless we agree otherwise. Contracts already concluded continue on the terms in force when they were concluded until the end of the paid period, unless the change is required by law.
§ 17. Final provisions
- These Terms and contracts concluded under them are governed by Polish law. In disputes with Companies, the competent court is the court for the registered seat of Sendormeco. The rights of consumers to the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence are not affected.
- The English version of these Terms is binding. The Arabic version is a translation provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy the English version prevails.
- These Terms take effect on 7 November 2026 (version 1.1; version 1.0 of the same day added § 7a).
