Frequently asked questions
Is a listing in the directory free?
Yes. The Basic package is a free listing with the company name, category, city, a link to your website and a short description in English. Paid packages add a full profile in Arabic and English.
What does a paid profile include?
Paid packages differ in the number of products and photos, ranking within your category and extra visibility. The profile adds an export contact, products, certificates, photos, social media links, minimum order and export markets. The exact contents are listed in the package cards on this page.
Are the prices net or gross?
Prices are net, in Polish zloty; VAT is added on the invoice. The yearly price equals ten months.
Does sending the form oblige me to buy?
No. We check the details and reply by email within 2 business days with a profile proposal and payment instructions. Nothing is published until we agree on it with you.
In which languages will my company be presented?
In Arabic and English. You write the description in Polish; it is translated automatically and the Arabic text is shown publicly only after a reviewer has approved it.
How many companies are featured in one category?
Places are limited per category, so featured companies stand out. The limits are shown in the package descriptions.
